I initally enquired about a vehicle that had sold. Jason took time and consideration about my requirements and within a week provided a perfect match for me. On collection the vehicle it was immaculate both inside and out, also had a new service and new MOT and Jason had also kindly filled the tank. I was very happy with both the car and the service from Jason at James & James. After finding the car on Autotrader, Jason was able to comprehensively answer all my questions during a promptly answered phone call. I had a 4 hour drive to go and see, and hopefully collect the car. Good comms from Jason to arrange the appointment time. On arrival at his sales yard (an old petrol station in a pretty village near Gloucester) you could see the kind of cars he sold and how well prepared they were. Most of his stock was around 5 years old, the car I bought was a little older, a 9 year old 1 Series BMW 120D, but with low milage and in great condition. After reviewing similar cars on Autotrader, the price was good. A very fair price was offered for my car and the handover process was very smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. I would not hesitate recommending this dealership to friends and family, and would use again even with the 8 hour round trip.
